Good check in system. Very long wait for consultant appointment following surgery.

They have taken over two years to tell me what’s wrong with my daughter, making me travel to different hospitals to get results. My daughter is always sick. I am not impressed with the service !

The three occasions I’ve been with my granddaughter, I have always been very impressed, pleased and appreciative of the time taken.
Long waiting time

Too much time waiting to see people and have things done. Especially blood test been waiting for 35 mins already and still got four people before myself.
Kind and helpful staff

At most of dermatologist appointments we have to wait a long time and even when seen, It seems we are rushed due to number of people to be seen.
The eye clinic is always very busy and takes over two hours. Even the initial time to be seen is a long wait.
The staff are very kind and helpful, hence the 5 star rating.

My son has been under the care of Birmingham Children’s Hospital since he was born – 17 years ago.
The service has always been excellent - whether as an outpatient, on a ward, or in oncology.
The doctors and nurses are always very caring and nurturing and willing to take on any concerns, worries or queries raised by parents.
All receptionists / call handlers and admin staff I have dealt with have been equally as excellent in all aspects.

First came to this hospital in 2003 found doctors & nurses to be very caring, professional and find the same caring attitude in 2019.
