Cannot fault the care of present pediatrician

They have spent the last 2 years trying to get help for my child who is now 4 and they have only just been offered blood tests to see if my child is on the autistic spectrum. I cannot fault the care of our present pediatric services, but I wonder why help was so long in coming.
Administration lets us down

Consultants are brilliant. I have been coming here for over 12 years with my child but the administration lets us down, there have been numerous times where our appointments have been cancelled after we had already travelled a great distance, it just wastes time. Even today we've had to come for a consultation, we went back to the car park once it had finished and paid the parking fee, only to receive a text to say come back for blood tests, so we have to pay another parking fee.
They are kind

They are really kind and make me feel at ease when I have to go here for my blood transfusions. The pharmacy at the hospital always has my medicines for me too.
I was really worried

When my 4 years old son was in pain it was hard to get the medicine because there was none available. I was really worried when my son was having a crisis. They were good at the hospital though.

Come here frequently. They are brilliant. Never had an issue with our consultant he is brilliant, they always fit us in an emergency.

Fine. Initially was hard to get an appointment after being referred but the service is good.
