Important first appointment

Important first appointment to discuss daughter's coeliac disease
We had a positive appointments at doctors, blood test confirmed coeliac disease and we then had to wait 5 months for hospital appointment, which ended up being in the wrong department! We now have to wait again for another appointment

Caring and reassuring

Everyone in radiography and urology has been so lovely. They are great with my baby daughter and took the time to explain the tests, results and procedures to us anxious parents. Thank you!

kind, thorough and patient

A week long A&E, XRay and outpatients. Quick and efficient and really good communication from all staff without exception. Most importantly they treated my young daughter kindly and with thought. And they listened and answered all our questions, however panicked we may have been. Thank you especially to the lovely receptionist in the scanning outpatients whose smile and caring manner even at 7pm made a big difference.
