Not happy with them

I was not happy with them as they refused the first referral then another doctor saw her and she received support and some medication.
Diagnosed her allergy and treated her

Daughter had a severe dairy allergy and they diagnosed her and gave her treatment. They got her on the milk ladder and involved her slowly back to milk. She doesn't have any issues now.
Communication isn't good

Not good at communicating with other departments. Getting play workers or a disability nurse is difficult to help with the appointment.
Excellent and quick

Excellent service provided all of the time. They sort medication quickly.
A 6 hour wait in A&E

We had a 6 hour wait in A&E before proper treatment was received.
Failed discharge

My son had his hernia operation and was discharged the same day. After 24 hours we were taken back to hospital as it was a failed discharge.
Helpful and fast at medicine chest

Very busy all of the time but the staff are very helpful and they sort medication quickly.
Proper treatment starting soon

Today we had our first appointment with them. They did the initial test and will call us back in 10 days for the start of proper treatment.

We were seen 40 minutes late but the consultant was amazing, very helpful and he explained everything in layman's terms.
