They figured it out

They called and emailed to say the referral had gone through to them but it should have gone elsewhere for adults services. It was good that they figured this out before we went to the hospital.

My brother had a nose bleed and was taken to the Children's A&E. they provided him with immediate support and help. The staff were very helpful and caring.
