Good. I'm so happy with what they are doing. Appointment booking was easy. If you have a car, it can expensive so I prefer to take a taxi.

It was very easy to book an appointment by phone and parking wasn't too bad today. We have to pay for the parking as well as the Clean Air Zone. They're good here.

Absolutely brilliant. I get to see all consultants in one day. Pay for the travel under the treatment abroad scheme.

Parking is too busy. I have to get the bus instead. Not consistent when booking appointments. They aren't flexible. You still have to wait when given an appointment.

Good at A&E, they have always been amazing. You have to wait a long time but I'm happy to wait for the care my children get. They're great with kids and care for them. I cannot complain at all.

The burns unit were amazing when my daughter burnt herself. They cared for her well and tried to keep her as comfortable as possible.

The head nurse at urology has no way of talking to people. She spoke to us so badly. There is no need for it.
