Not too bad at ENT. The referral was quite quick. They tested her with a camera and told us she would grow out of her condition as she still gets a lot of chesty coughs, blue lips and hands and mouth blue which shows a lack of oxygen.

They were good. Nurses are welcoming and the play facilities are very good. She loves it.

Were waiting for discharge and a care package to be put in place. It's good, there is one nurse to four beds. We get along with everyone and the staff are very friendly.

Great, brilliant. Been under craniofacial for 6 months with no issues at all. They've been great.

They take too much time to see children. You wait for 4 to 5 hours for advice. It's a hassle.

I take my children to A&E when they get ill because I want them to get help when the doctors will not help them. They're very nice people. You wait and wait you get the help.

Seen quickly at A&E as my son had a high fever and was wheezing. We were treated well and cared for.
