I had a dislocation and went for physio. They were good but they then transferred me to another hospital as I was 16.

Because I am now 16 they have transferred me to City but the staff were so so good there.

Not good at all. It's all about funding and not the people. They brush things under the carpet and don't make you aware of what options are available to people.

I went a couple of months ago and they would speak to me and my parents. I have a heart condition and because of my age they have sent me to the QE.
The clinics run on time

It's always a good experience when I visit as a patient because the clinics are run on time and staff are very kind and helpful. The hospital is clean with good facilities.
Treated my son well

My son had an operation on his tongue. He is 7 and they were good with him. He came out the same day. They treated him well.

All the staff were friendly. After the surgery they were helpful too. The facilities are great for the children to keep them busy.
