Birmingham Childrens Hospital

Referred by the GP in June 2024 and the appointment wasn't until February 2025 then it got delayed until today. It has taken a long time.

It's fine. A good service. Were always seen on time it all works well.

I come every couple of years so far and the communication is good. It's well organised and the service works well.

The staff are alright at the eye clinic. They're understanding with my son who has autism and ADHD.

Brilliant surgeon, informative and helpful. They answered questions. The appointments run on time.

We went to haematology and they were very welcoming and friendly. It was busy today so we had to wait longer, but it isn't usually that busy. They're caring and understanding.

We came for my daughter's audiology appointment. They are on top of things. They did cancel an appointment before and I only found out when I arrived. They did reschedule it.

My son was an inpatient on ward 10 neurosurgery for 2 and a half weeks. Generally it was really good, the staff were really good. A couple of times there was no toilet paper and the staff said they couldn't replace it until domestic staff came back in. They were welcoming though and the doctors and nurses, but they didn't offer us a tour of the ward.

Very good at ENT clinic. My daughter stayed for 3 days and it was very professionally run.

Very long time waiting for an appointment for my son. The staff are good.
