Fantastic staff really. They work work hard enough for us. They make us feel good and they're very patient with us whilst talking.

They messed up the appointment at ENT. Parking isn't easy to get so we came by train.

It's good. Sometimes you can wait but the doctor is good. It's easy to book a translator too

They have been great. Well organised and helpful. I can contact them easily. They have great staff at ENT. They're really good.

Wasn't too bad today but in the past they booked us in for the wrong day and had to go back.

It's taken 2 years for a follow up appointment. It got to a point that I didn't think it would come through but I called them and they sorted it for me. They are great.

Very good with blood tests. Sometimes we have to wait for a long time but they arrange them fast. Very good.
