They have been amazing

We have been coming to rheumatology for over 2 years. The last appointment was around 6 weeks ago and ran on time. It always goes really well. They always send follow up appointments in the post. We have never had any issues with having to rearrange an appointment either. The contact numbers and emails are clear and we can contact them and get a response quickly. They have been amazing. The nurses are so good and so nice. They're brilliant.

Audiology put a hearing aid a couple of months ago but it's too loud and so they gave us an appointment for today. It's a shame there isn't an app to do it through. The care is excellent, really good with him and meet his needs.

I have taken my son there a few times for different things like blood tests and check ups. Really excellent and always look after my son.

We ended up taking my child to the hospital when the GP wouldn't accept they were unwell. They were good but it was very very busy and it was a very long wait which is bad for a child sometimes.
Always run late and is way too hot

My son is here for bloods, we came from the train station and it was a maze to get here but the signage does help. We got here a little later as they always run late and so we knew not to arrive early when you take a ticket when you arrive. The receptionist didn't show me where to wait. It wasn't helpful as it was our first time here. It is also too hot in here, I feel like I could faint. That isn't a calming atmosphere for kids.

It can be a long appointment as we have to go to various departments. So many people involved but so far they're all good apart from the paediatrician care isn't as we weren't being listened to. No proper care plan with them. The frustration with wait and watch. Why can't they prevent instead of waiting for things to go wrong.
Nothing changes or progresses

My granddaughter has been seen quickly today for a bowel dysfunction. What usually happens is they call you into a room and they think they have a plan but then nothing changes or happens. They just keep giving her medication which doesn't solve the issue. We need some progress today.

My first appointment here with my son. We were seen straight away. He was weighed and now were waiting to see a doctor. The staff were good and treated us well.

Every couple of months we come here and it can be a longer wait. Communication is good here though.

Been quick today. Last time it wasn't as quick but today was. All departments have been fab and all arranged for the same day. They also gave us a ticket for travel.
