Parking is very difficult to find and very expensive. The treatment and care is excellent.

Long wait for appointment

I was referred to the children's by my GP and it took 8 months to get my first appointment with a consultant.

Very good, very professional

I took my 3 year old son with a cut on his head. We waited for just under an hour and he was seen and treated by a very professional doctor. Very good.

Well organised and tidy

Been a few a times, they've been really nice. Everybody is really polite and everything is clean and tidy. The chemotherapy service and all services, have been really good. Everything has been well organised, it was always all set up and ready to go. We were originally in Worcester and they sent her to the Children's.

Long waits for blood tests

My appointment with the consultant is always on time but I have to wait for a long time for my blood tests.
