Birmingham Childrens Hospital

We came for my daughter's audiology appointment. They are on top of things. They did cancel an appointment before and I only found out when I arrived. They did reschedule it.

My son was an inpatient on ward 10 neurosurgery for 2 and a half weeks. Generally it was really good, the staff were really good. A couple of times there was no toilet paper and the staff said they couldn't replace it until domestic staff came back in. They were welcoming though and the doctors and nurses, but they didn't offer us a tour of the ward.

Very good at ENT clinic. My daughter stayed for 3 days and it was very professionally run.

Very long time waiting for an appointment for my son. The staff are good.

They checked the scar on my face after an operation last year. They were nice and felt welcomed by them.

My daughter has an asthma attack every second week. Were here all of the time. The hospital are doing what they can about it.

My son was referred to ENT. It was a fast referral and the consultant was very fruitful.

My son was provided with the best possible care and treatment by helpful staff during his stay.

I was referred to ENT and today I saw a very helpful consultant. They explained the condition and the treatment plan for it very well.

Brilliant treatment at paediatrics. The care and advice regarding my son's growth and development is brilliant.
