Been waiting 3 months so far

We have been referred here by our GP. We have been waiting for over 3 months for an appointment with the specialist doctor.

They've been brilliant - can't complain

Ear Nose and Throat

All's been fine, we've not been waiting too long for the initial appointment. Son was seen and referred very quickly. I've had no issues so far. ENT have been very good, they've been brilliant, can't complain.

Brilliant care and kept in the loop

We've had a follow up appointment today. The initial appointment took a long time and had to chase them to get an appointment for the operation. We were referred on from the GP in Rugby and waited over a year before chasing it up and having the operation, which was day surgery. They were really good. The care has been brilliant and keeping us in the loop.

All been amazing.

The follow up has been amazing, it's all been amazing. Son had an accident and we ended up in ICU then was transferred to ward 10. We've been today for a follow up appointment. Was transferred from Coventry Hospital to the hospital, and it was great.

Hospital keep an eye on her

The appointment has been okay. Staff so far have been good. Didn't take a long time to get an appointment. The department do keep an eye on her.

Hospital is always good

The hospital has been good. Always come with my daughter. They are good and explain things to me. Sometimes we go to A&E and wait 2 or 3 hours, but that's alright.

Been waiting 6 months for a referral

No dentists for emergencies

My daughter broke her front teeth and I took her to A&E. They don't have any emergency dentist.

Given antibiotics for a chest infection

December 19, 2023
I took my daughter there and they gave her antibiotics. They said it was a chest infection. One that was re-occurring and gave her days of antibiotics to sort her out and now she is fine. The nurse said to get an appointment there a week later to check that the chest was clear.

Nothing short of amazing

My son is seen regularly here for various things. They have been nothing short of amazing. They are helpful. The play workers are friendly. Brilliant. They keep him calm for appointments and they know what their doing.
