The nurses at A&E are very helpful, my daughter was seen within an hour and excellent care and support was provided.

The hospital was full of patients, hardly any chair to sit down on. Within 30 of our arrival at the hospital the consultant came out and announced that the average wait time is up to 10.5 hours. Really? With all these sick children??

The staff are good at the hearing clinic. They see her the same day as ENT and there is good communication.

The hearing department has been good. We have been discharged today. We have been 3 times to check his hearing and speech. They're happy for him to be discharged and continue with SALT. I'm happy with the service.

The A&E staff were excellent. He was seen straight away. They offered us tea and were so kind and thorough. They did scans and other checks and asked us to stay overnight. They sent us home the next day with an appointment at neuro.

It's perfectly fine. They are all excellent. The care is excellent. In November my son fell out of a first floor window and they have seen him regularly ever since. A great and helpful service.
