They're not too bad. The waiting times are the most difficult but the staff are friendly. My daughter feels listened to.

They're great. I can't fault them. I think thousands of kids come through every day and the care is second to none. The care they give is individualised and they listen to you.

It's getting better. In the past the waiting times have been lengthy but the past two visits have been efficient. Parking is another discussion. The staff are very good and the doctor is fantastic, knows his stuff.

My daughter was referred to the childrens from the Chest Clinic after the 2nd incident. We are waiting for a follow up appointment from our initial visit.
Appreciate the service

I have been coming here with my child for the past 12 years. The service has always been good and I've never had any real problems. I have a positive appreciation of this service since my son was diagnosed with his health condition. I was seen by the dietician just 5 minutes after booking in for my child's appointment.

My son has been coming here since 2017 and they've always been very good. We've seen a couple of consultants and they've both always been good.

I've been coming here for 12 years with my son from Worcester side of Birmingham and I find the service great. However today, Our appointment was at 11 but when we got here we were told it was at 10, so we're now having to wait to be seen.
Consultant's are great

My child has been coming here since birth, I can easily get an appointment with my consultant, they are great. I just contact them and they sort out an appointment for my child.
