They've been really really good, Really efficient. Son came in for day surgery and was made to feel safe and comfortable. They let me stay with my son, they knew what they were doing, asked lots of questions and have advice. The communication was really good too.
Ticket system for bloods

My daughter was made an appointment for bloods at 3:30pm but I had to take a ticket when I got here, how does that work. On average they're doing one person every 5 minutes. They need to make it clear that it is not an appointment time. And they need better signposting.

Can't fault them, can't fault anything. Efficient and quick. Helpful and friendly. They saved my daughters life.

They've been brilliant, I can't fault them. I used A&E and I think I've been really lucky.

They've been fine, no problems, It's great, staff are great, They're fantastic. Consultants are brilliant. Communication is great. Long waits to get in but that's not anyone's fault. Had to push to get an appointment and wasn't an issue. Massive waits. But in the grand scheme of things, I get what I want and I'm grateful for the service. A&E have been wonderful too.

It's been an easy experience because I've come here for years. I like speaking with the doctors and they explain things so I can understand.
Everyone's brilliant

We've been coming here for the past 6 years. Everyone is brilliant. My child had their cleft palate fixed and they were brilliant.
They've been really helpful

This is our first time back after 2 years, my child had surgery and the appointment ran on time, appointment was kept and the interactions have been good. I had zoom calls with SALT and they've been really helpful. They even referred us to our local SALT team as well as using the one at the hospital.
