Thank you for giving feedback on your recent visit to Birmingham Dental Hospital. I am sorry you were asked to wait and then had to ask a member of staff for an update only to find you had been overlooked. I can only imagine with an anxious child, any unnecessary long wait will have left you with a disappointing impression of the service offered.
