Response from associate director of patient experience, Birmingham Dental Hospital
Thank you for providing feedback about a previous visit to Birmingham Dental Hospital when you had an exceptionally long wait to be seen. Whilst it can be difficult for the clinical teams to always keep clinics running to time, it is very unusual to keep any patient waiting for this amount of time. If this was a recent experience, I would welcome the opportunity to look into the situation on that day, to understand why the delay occurred. If you wish to get in touch with me to give me your details, I would be happy to provide you with information about this. I can be contacted via email on Alison.last@bhamcommunity.nhs.uk
Thank you again for taking time to give feedback.
With kind regards
