time I came and had a problem with parking payment, The machine displayed I don't need to pay because I was here for just 15 minutes but week after I received parking ticket of £60 which was strange.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you experienced a problem with your parking payment - you should not be charged if your stay was shorter than 20 minutes, and therefore I would welcome the opportunity to hear from you directly to take more details and to arrange reimbursement for an inappropriate 'fine'.
