Staff are very rude and you have to wait ages for your turn to see the doctor.

I always have to wait for ages in the waiting area before the appointment. Rude staff at all levels.

Sent to Modality centre after requesting I see a female gynaecology doctor. Was told it would be ‘discrimination’ against male gynaecologists, and against City Hospital policy

My husband has been waiting for an x-ray appointment for five weeks, which is not acceptable. He can't see the consultant without an x-ray.

Very good at physiotherapy. A good service provided. Communication is good, they explain everything.

I use them for pain management. I was initially referred to City from my GP. That was where I got the diagnosis. I had hydrotherapy arranged for me. I wasn't supposed to travel too far either.

I had my little one here and they were really nice. A great service before I gave birth too for growth scans.

I had a scan and everything was benign. I had to wait a while as they were running late. Good service in general, they're just very stretched as there are too many people accessing the service.
