City Hospital

I went there for blood tests and a scan. I was seen on time and staff were good.

I was here as a daycase for skin cancer removal. The staff are good here. I am also awaiting a cardiology appointment at this hospital too.

They cancelled an appointment without informing me. Then they sent me a letter the next day with another appointment. I don't have many problems here though.

I had my operation here. It was good.

I had my son there a couple of years ago, I complimented the the midwife at the time on how much better the service was there compared to other hospitals. She made a comment stating that's because they treat everyone the same, which at the time I thought was just a comment but I don't think people take into account people's differences. More training should be given to healthcare staff on their approach to patients from different ethnicities.

I went there for blood tests a number of times. The staff are very helpful and take good care of the patients.

They sorted me out. I went in as they thought I was having a stroke as I had a thumping headache and they did tests and a CT scan which proved it wasn't a stroke but it did take a long time and had no follow up.

Not happy with the emergency diabetes service here. They don't treat you sufficiently.

They diagnosed with high blood pressure. I feel like they know me there and know my care. If I struggle to get GP appointments they will see me in A&E and they have all my information which is good.

This is my local hospital that I use for A&E and I also see haematology as they give me blood thinners. When I was in pain they also referred me. They are very good
