I had my daughter there. She was born with talipes and they have been really good at getting us seen by the right people. As good as it can be. Great staff and very informative.

Most of the reception staff over there are rude and need training in customer services. I go to the treatment centre and cardiology for my appointments. The doctors and nurses are good and helpful.

I had surgery there and was an inpatient for 10 days. The food provided needs to be improved a lot. The level of cleanliness in wards and toilets also needs improving.
Really bad experience

Really bad service in the Dudley City Hospital Birmingham. In reception so moody the lady. In emergencies really good but with the GP in the hospital really moody, she didn’t give me nothing for the pain, I’ve been having issues for more than 10 days with pain and she only told me to drink paracetamol and I had to wait 2 hours just for that

I sometimes have appointments at City when the doctors refer us there. They're good there. No issues with my healthcare. We are very well looked after.
Supportive and helpful

I was referred onto them when I found out I was pregnant. They wanted to do a GTT test but they didn't book it in until after 14 weeks and I had unfortunately lost the baby by then. They were very apologetic and and really supportive
Long waits but lovely staff

Not so good here. A&E has long waiting times. Most of the staff are very lovely, very good but the long waits are hard.
