High level of care

My wife goes there for regular blood screening and once for an MRI scan. She has been very happy with the high level of care she has received.
A&E were very good with my daughter.

My daughter had a high temperature in October and it was a weekend and couldn't get a GP appointment so we ended up going to A&E. We waited 2 to 3 hours. The treatment was very good and they gave her antibiotics. Very good.
Physio has been helpful

I have physio for my back here. They show me exercises and its quite helpful. They see me regularly and they keep to the appointments that they offer me.
Waited 8 months for cancer surgery

My brother was on a list for prostate cancer surgery and waited for almost 8 months. After 8 months waiting he went to Egypt and got his surgery done there instead.
Wait a long time

I have been with my mom a few times and they take a very long time which can frustrate me. I don't like waiting.
Treated badly, not a nice experience.

Not good. It wasn't a nice experience there. staff are unhelpful and they treated me very badly.

I have had brilliant treatment there. I have had infusions for leukaemia for the past 12 months. It's always associated with young children. I didn't think I would get this later on in life. They have marvellous communication with doctors about my appointments. I am happy with the treatment.
Treatment doctor prescribed been brilliant

At the time I was only there 1 to 2 hours and the doctor saw me. Treated me very well and said I would need to be prescribed other medication and antibiotics and said I would have to go back to the GP to get a prescription. The treatment has been brilliant.
They provide interpreters

They provide interpreters. I go there and they are very good, helpful and very kind. I go there a lot and they are good.
A long 8 hour wait

Long waits. Last year I went with my daughter and waited 8 hours. We were called for the first check such as blood pressure, blood test and temperature check and that was very quick. To see the doctor takes a long time. It feels like they're just walking around and not doing much.
