Treated badly, not a nice experience.

Not good. It wasn't a nice experience there. staff are unhelpful and they treated me very badly.
I've had brilliant treatment here.

I have had brilliant treatment there. I have had infusions for leukaemia for the past 12 months. It's always associated with young children. I didn't think I would get this later on in life. They have marvellous communication with doctors about my appointments. I am happy with the treatment.
Treatment doctor prescribed been brilliant

At the time I was only there 1 to 2 hours and the doctor saw me. Treated me very well and said I would need to be prescribed other medication and antibiotics and said I would have to go back to the GP to get a prescription. The treatment has been brilliant.
They provide interpreters

They provide interpreters. I go there and they are very good, helpful and very kind. I go there a lot and they are good.
A long 8 hour wait

Long waits. Last year I went with my daughter and waited 8 hours. We were called for the first check such as blood pressure, blood test and temperature check and that was very quick. To see the doctor takes a long time. It feels like they're just walking around and not doing much.
Waited 12 hours to be seen

We waited 12 hours. They told me there were no doctors. There was no communication. We were scared to go to the hospital because of the waiting times

I had eye surgery done here and now it's much better than before. The nurses were alright but the food was rubbish. They did everything I needed them to do.
Maternity staff are helpful and kind.

The maternity department is good. I had my baby there and they were helpful and kind.

I went for tests on my kidneys and see what the issue was with all my itching. They are usually very good. They stick to appointments and explain everything to me, easy to get to. I have no issues with them.

Always very busy but eventually you get seen within 2 to 3 hours.
