I was referred onto them for a scan for pain management. They have since given me pain management over the phone. They said they would send my results to the GP, but they never did and now I have to contact them to get them to send them over. There is a lack of communication between services.

The staff are very rude and don't listen to you. They need customer service training. The clinics are always running late too.
Helpful staff.

Covid
Accident and emergency services
April 16, 2024
I went to the a&e via ambulance to receive antiviral for COVID. I am clinically vulnerable and have seizures that can be set off by having a temperature.
I was put in the general waiting room despite staff knowing I was infectious. I had a seizure, which makes me wet myself, staff walked over me leaving me lying in my urine for over 12hrs.
It was assumed I was faking seizures until a Jr. Doctor (fy1) talked to me and looked at my medical records and i was admitted.
I'm autistic with a history of epilepticus, I wore a sunflower lanyard and brought a Hospital Passport which clearly laid out my needs.
