Getting an appointment is very hard

The gps there are wonderful but getting an appointment is very hard. You're waiting to be connected for ages after you press 1. There's often no appointments unless you call at 8 that day. It doesn't seem to have improved since joining with other practices. But the gps are great themselves.

Poor - no visual contact long phone waiting times no idea how to guarantee an appointment just phone and hope.

You can see a doctor but you have to wait ages to be seen by your own.
