High Street Surgery (MMP)

I am very happy and satisfied by the high level of care provided over the years.

It's okay. I don't like that there is no privacy screen anymore. I don't like seeing the trainee. I like to see the familiar doctors that I know. There isn't a car park and the surgery is very run down. The send my a text to send over my blood pressure but they keep sending me reminders even after I've sent the result across.

Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. They don't talk to their patients in a polite tone.

I find it quite easy but sometimes they book appointments when I'm at college. When I ask they will change them though. The staff do listen but they don't always refer when you ask them to.

The GP said my son didn't have any issues even though he had blood when going to the toilet, he went to the Children's and they diagnosed him with a bowel condition.

It's difficult to get an appointment on the phone. Sometimes when I do it's okay. They could be more friendly.

Struggle to get appointments. So I take care of myself as best I can.

So I was put onto sleeping medication but was also taking other medication along with this I had been taking the meds for weeks then received a call to stop taking them as I could have gone into a coma as one of the medications caused the above issues when taken alongside the sleeping meds very unprofessional I'm currently on a load of different medicines now and don't feel entirely safe that they are looking after me and making sure each different tablet doesn't act negatively with each other I'm also mean to have regular medication reviews and I've not had anything for months this place is putting people's lives at risk and nothing is done about it

They are miles ahead of my last surgery. They see us quickly and face to face. Brilliant service and were very happy with them.

Very bad. Can't get an appointment. It was a bad experience here and stressful.
