The care is generally ok.

Sometimes I can get an appointment and sometimes I can’t. I have asked for an appointment before and was told to wait for two weeks. Somebody after me got an appointment straight away which is not fair. Some receptionists are good and others not so good. When I see the doctor the care is generally ok.
Really do not like the practice

Really do not like the practice or my GP. Always get different doctors giving different care. So no consistency. I avoid going there, I hope the problem goes away. Only go if I am disparate.
Can’t always get to see the same doctor

Not great. Can’t always get to see the same doctor. All they could do was sand me to counselling as they really don’t understand mental health. They couldn’t even prescribe my medication. They have asked me to go A&E on number of occasions. The GP even didn’t refer me to FTB, I did it myself.

Been with GP over 50 years – fantastic service. Always looked after – no issues.
