Sometimes good but I can't use online system

A good practice sometimes and can get appointments. They say I need to use online system but I can't do it because of my disabilities.

Nightmare. The new system that doesn't work as it should. Getting appointments is difficult. They just send you to A&E which isn't appropriate.

Easy to make a check up appointment

Don't go that often. I'm type 2 diabetic and they call me every 6 months for a diabetes check which is easy to make.

I used to have the injections at the GP but they never had regular clinics and I wasn't confident with it. Useless in making appointments there. You can't walk in or phone you have to go online.

The GP found the cancer 10 years ago and I can access them when I need an appointment. They always ask how I'm doing.

Very efficient and referred me quickly

Having issues with my joints and they sent me on quickly to a physiotherapist and an x-ray. Very efficient, they listen and don't rush you.

Awful. I ended up leaving

Awful. I could never get an appointment and see the same GP twice. I had an ECG and they lost the results so I ended up leaving.

Horrendous. Never get appointments, they just tell you to call back. Or to go to a walk in.
