I asked them about getting dressing changed and they said they had booked an appointment at A&E. A&E said they don't take appointments and was sent to the day surgery unit.
They can be helpful

They can be helpful and when I can't talk to my GP they will get me an appointment elsewhere or tell me to go to the pharmacy.

I called them about a cyst and they said go to the GP but they told us to go to the hospital. It felt like no one knew how to deal with the situation and wasted time.
Don't like them, they don't help

I don't like them. Your child is sick and they try to keep you on the phone. You wait for hours and then they just send you to hospital and don't help.

I called them once as I was struggling to get into see my GP and needed an appointment. They sent me to the badger clinic in Aston and arranged it quickly.

They said they had booked an appointment at A&E but they hadn't when I got there. That is a very poor service delivery.
