Helpful and referred husband on quickly

I used their online service. They're really good. I prefer online because you can call and wait for ages for them to answer. But online, they're helpful and referred my husband on quickly.

I was told to send them a message online, they said they couldn't help. Fourth person I got through to they said they'd send an ambulance.

Phoned and told me to go straight to A&E as I had an insect bite on my eye and it had made my whole face swell up. Acted quickly.
They were very helpful

Had to wait for a call-back. It took a doctor 3 hours to call back and book an appointment with walk-in clinic. They were very helpful.

I had to go to hospital when my GP wouldn't see me. They told me to go straight to the hospital with my symptoms, so I went to A&E.

Called and used them a couple of times. Been a wait to get through, but got through eventually. They tell you what to do and where to go. It's good especially for my problems.
