Long waiting times & staff not helpful.

They're alright to be fair. Either get a phone call when I ring or they do a face to face appointment. They also offer a Whatsapp service where they do video call appointments for when you can't get appointments.

Generally okay, it's ridiculous you can't get an appointment. Takes that long to get through at 8am. It's not bad when you're free but I'm at work. I can't get appointments when I'm at work because I'm working.

No trouble in getting an appointment. They’re great phone them and see them the same day.

First you don’t get an appointment, second if you get one your GP won’t listen to you at all and blame lifestyle choices for everything.

Reception staff persist in asking what reasons are for wanting to see GP. NHS governance require that access to this information is on a need to know basis. It’s got worse over the last few years

There is a receptionist here who's name I don't know, she is incredibly rude. She snaps on the phone, is dismissive, obstructive and unhelpful. She puts me off ringing the surgery at all. The other concern I have about this practice is one of the nurses going into great detail about another patient (whilst she didn't actually tell me their name, she gave me several details about them which mean I could have worked it out. And I mean deeply personal information about STD's! I was shocked. She also didn't know how to use the computer properly and wasted my time as she was not able to log on) She also gave me incorrect advice about HPV. I really think she needs to be given more training!

They are very good and professional, they try to provide good support throughout the COVID times

This practice is well organised well run phone service excellent all kind of care very good

Very good service but needs to open doors to patients again especially the elderly and frail
