They are helpful. My sister, she helps me with everything, she drives me to appointments. I am happy with the care I receive.

I am under the hospital for my eyes. Waiting to see what else they can do. The hospital was supposed to call me and no one has.

Every member of staff is good.

It's a very good service. They looked after my husband very very well before he passed away. Every staff member is good. Sometimes when you need them they can be busy but you can't grumble.

I went to the QE for my cataract operation. The staff were amazing. they made things very simple for me and booked a follow up appointment in advance.

My appointments have been cancelled.

I go there for my eyes. I usually go every 4 to 6 months but its been cancelled a couple of times. I managed to get in contact with them and rearrange it though.

Waited 4 months for a scan

I waited 4 months for a scan on my hand as I was having numbness in my fingers. They referred me onto the Royal Orthopaedic in the summer but I have been waiting for months. The staff were good and helpful.
