Kept waiting for more than 6 months
Got on an appointment finally then one day before change the location without even a telephone call
No number either for the new place to contact
Went in asked loads of questions which should be in the record including my hobbies...

spent no more than 5 minutes to tell me no treatment available except for exercises

What a complete waste of time

I've been using the service for the last 2 years. It’s fantastic.

Referral process, little bit slow because of Covid but its fine.

Everything has been excellent.

I have being referred and checked today, they are good.

Fine, they’re good so far. First time using them, they are good. The toilet was brilliant.

Traveled for 5 mins appointment from York. Last time when I came there was a mix up, the reception staff didn’t ticked me on computer list which resulted in long waiting time. I was supposed to be booked in for MRI and X rays but there was nothing on letter about it. As a result it took a long time to get through.

They are OK but there was a mix-up in booking, came at 10:15am and the appointment was at 2pm.

I am coming here for 3 years and always received good service.
