I have been coming here since last 40 years. All good and I never had a bad experience. Its always good & friendly. It has changed a lot over the years, its improved a lot.

All been great no problem at all. All staff was kind and helpful and they were doing their job. Excellent appointment process, I feel I have been treated well.

Excellent service. I am using the service since 13 years which has been always good. All staff are very caring, good and kind.

Since 2015 I have been here, always it was high quality services but recently it became difficult during pandemic but again it is getting better. I think this is one of the good service with regards to safeguarding and infection control. Nurses are very good they listen to patients and they deal with pain, always they wear PPE, they think about our hydration, attitudes of staff are very good. They deal professionally with issues.

I am here for injection and it takes some time to get it done and I would like it to be more quicker and less waiting.

I have been using this service for nearly 10 years and I believe that it hasn’t been changed since then, It has improved a bit but still needs more improvement.

Physio fine no problem at all.

It was good, 2 hours long wait after appointment. Hospital referred me to the ROH quite quickly.

Good hospital. Two weeks referral process and always people around to ask.

Its alright, they are good with scanning and passing on information.
