Good easy enough, it’s got a little shop. Interactions with doctors good, but can be waiting a long time. Most of the times I have to wait a while.

Good nice people are very friendly. Doctors appointment this morning and referred this afternoon. Haven’t had to wait too long for appointment. Not expecting to be seen straight away.

4th time using the hospital – good experience using the hospital, never had a problem. Good interactions with doctors don’t see the same doctor but know the team as l will be having the same operation again.

Everyone has been very good . tickets say void on car park. Everyone has been friendly as helpful as can be. Long way to come from Wakefield / Sheffield. Appreciate having a OP appointment here but would prefer follow up appointments closer to home if possible. Long day - set off at 8am won’t be home by 6pm.

The staff I worked with or who supported me have been very good.

Used the hospital over the last 3 years, parking is nightmare. Cancelled and changed appointments whilst I got here meant to see same doctor and they didn’t tell me. Waiting times can be running an hour late. Interactions with my doctor are great, explained things well. Correspondence is so / so. Won’t be seen for months and then they give an appointment for next day. Sometimes you ring them and they don’t get back to me for weeks. Its been 4 months. They used to be very good and do scan, x-rays and consultation on same day. But now they do it on separate days which is not good for people who have to travel a long distance with family who take a time off to bring them for appointments.

Not a fun at car parking. Can’t find a space. Correspondence for appointments has been good.

Easy, you know what every thing is. Polite, kind and helpful doctors. Most of the time you don’t have to wait and appointments are on time.

They did an excellent job on my first knee replacement but there has been a huge delay for my other leg when the operation for summer 2019 was delayed and I'm still waiting.

Waited since October for results. None got back to me. Lump on the foot, swells up and getting bigger and no results.
