Really really good, I had surgery 7 weeks ago, they've kept me informed on the patient portal. Staff have been exemplary.

Fine, I've used them in the past and it's been good. Had my hip operation last August. After 6 months I came back, was seen an hour after the appointment time and waited to be seen for only a few minutes.

I was at the hospital very early and they saw me earlier, it's been excellent. Have been coming here for 5 years and have had longer waits in the past. Parking is an issue, so I have to get a taxi. Even with my husbands blue badge, parking is limited.

Has been consistent and helpful advice from the physiotherapists who are keeping me moving.

Hydrotherapy works, the staff are good and very helpful. It's been excellent.

Majority of the time coming here is good, when I was admitted here, staff and nurses made me feel at home. You forget your worries and circumstances. There's a few little niggles like referring to myself as a boy because I had lost my hair and they didn't check my gender before hand. Also, I've only ever had one paper letter the rest is sent digitally, but theres no paper trail or physical evidence of appointments sometimes.

My husbands had appointments here in the past. I phoned up Friday last week and they gave me an appointment for today. They're brilliant.

Very quick. I thought it'd take forever but we're in and out. The communication about the appointment has been good and we received letters. It's good.

I had a bad experience during operation, the anaesthetist put the drip in wrong vein which caused complications. They should know what are they doing. Now I am transferred to QE hospital.

I am here for pre operation appointment and they have explained everything very well.
