Very good, they were fine. Communication was good. I had 2/3 letters at least before the operation and then they emailed me afterwards. The inpatient experiences was fine.

Car parking is very bad. Interactions with doctors are good, I've only been up here twice, once when I had my knee done and the other when I had my hip done. When I was in here, the staff were fantastic and the food was great.

Very good, I had an operation here as a day patient and that was fine, the staff were very good. Came here today to have my wounds dressed again.

It’s marvellous. They seem well organized, Get your letters and your phone calls. Went to QE for a NRI and they send us here for a biopsy. I am coming back here for another biopsy, they explained it all very well.

I have a joint infection diagnosed really quickly now on waiting list for operation brilliant consultants been here for 8 years now no problems

Brilliant, the care was really good. Nursing staff was really good. Just been alright. Came here in 2020 for operation. The care as an inpatient was really good. Was in ITU for 3 days. Couldn’t get blood pressure settled at night.
