Amazing experience

Had my hip done 4 years ago and it was an amazing experience. I'm back here for my knee. I was so scared but I don't know why as it was the best experience. They put me at ease, I had no infections it was all so well planned even with my own doctors.
Pleasant and helpful staff

They're really efficient, really good. There's hardly any waiting time. The staff are always really helpful and pleasant. Correspondence is pretty quick. Never had any issues at all.

It's very good. The parking is the main problem but once here everything is fine. They're al very friendly and helpful. I have no problems with waiting times and they let you know on screen if they're going to be late and the waiting time.
Changed how they do things

In the past they'd do x-rays then you'd see the surgeon but the last time I went, I saw the surgeon then went for x-rays. I wasn't happy with that.

All the services are great, I can't complain. I had a knee replacement at the hospital and I feel much better. I did not have any trouble with it.
The hospital is the best

I don't live in Birmingham and I have no complaints about the hospital. The staff have been great and the hospital is the best. My only problem is I have to travel an hour to come to the hospital and it's very expensive to come here.

This hospital has been very good, the waiting time is great. For example, my husband had his operation done and everything was done on time and it was very successful. So I am very pleased with the hospital.

The royal hospital is where I get my treatment. It's the best hospital and I wouldn't ask for any better. I had a hip transplant on both hips and it all went well.
