I have nothing at all to complain about, all staff were professional and respectful, knowledgable and friendly. Staff support each other very well. In treatment and care nothing but the coffee was awful.

I have received good care and kindeness from the moment I walked into the hospital, thank you to everyone who has helped me, surgeons, aneathestists, physios, nurses, cleaners and cooks. Thank you so much. Only negative no remote control for the TV, it would have been nice to pass the time.
Kindness of all staff makes ROH front runner

I have visited a fair number of midlands hospitals and yours is the front runner, down to the kindness of all staff who were traeting me, including the non medical staff. Bar giving me the winning loteery numbers, not much else could be improved! :)
