Impressed by attentiveness of staff

I was impressed with the attentivenessof the staff that dealt with me. I felt like I was on a mini break, food and drinks super. The lady in the opposite bed had problems with a member of night staff though (bank nurse)

I was looked after very well at all times.
Some staff were excellet but ward was noisy.

I was moved a lot, some staff were excellent and so caring.
The main issue on ward 3 is the constant noise from the staff. The noise was laughing so loud when recovering from surgery you cant sleep because of the noise. Staff need to be taught how to make a bed, other issues I will raise with PALS. There is also a big cobweb on ceiling.

I was seen by nurse in pain management. I was told before I would be referred for radiation but now told to try physio.

I was seen to by physiotherapist, he was lovely. My first time ever doing physio and he was so friendly, informative and made me feel at ease.
