Welcoming and polite

The receptionist was welcoming and polite when visiting the x-ray department. I was seen pretty quickly as well. Overall, I am happy with the service.

I visited the hospital with my father who has a post op assessment. We waited a short time and my father was taken to the x-ray room. The staff were kind, informative and efficient at answering my questions. The structure of the appointment was well organised. Keep up the good work.

I visited x-ray and outpatients and both times we waited a long time. We were meant to be all done at 11AM but were still waiting at 1PM. We've been here too long. A quicker service is required.

Brilliant. They bought my appointment forward after cancelling last year. I went in at 7am and had the operation later that afternoon. The staff on the ward were excellent. They gave me ear plugs and an eye mask as there was a loud patient next to me. They were really good and went out of their way. I bought them a card and chocolates because their service was so good. They took care of us all as a family too.

The staff at radiology are very friendly and helpful. I was seen on time and the MRI was done. No waiting for the report.
Consultant explained thing very well

I just attended an appointment with a consultant at pain clinic. He has referred me to radiology for a few scans. The consultant explained everything very well.

I was here for blood deficiency test for Iron. I am having my hip surgery here next week. I have had many scans and x-rays done over here.The staff are excellent and supportive. Excellent parking, good signposting around the hospital and a very nice coffee shop and café. I will give them 10 stars for that.
