I waited a couple of days for the appointment as the doctor called them directly. They are going to arrange an MRI scan today and see what the results are.

Fantastic, very friendly, approachable and always have a smile on their faces. Communication is fine. I'm here today for a pre-op . I came early and they have been really quick. I have had x-rays here too. All has been excellent.

I came for an consultation which I am pleased with. I made sure they organised an MRI scan following on from today's appointment as the consultant needs to be experienced or the outcome will not be great. I was quite worried about parking but managed to find some on the road. They gave me an appointment within 4 weeks of seeing my GP which was also good.

I find it frustrating when I have to sit and wait when my appointment was for 1PM and it's now 1:30PM. They haven't communicated with us about the waiting time either. The previous time we only waited 2 minutes.

Very good. The staff are very friendly. You can wait a long time but you know that they are doing their job. The consultant has been fine. Everything has been good.

Absolutely fantastic today. I wasn't waiting long and the receptionist knew what they were doing. I had a follow up email for an appointment 3 days ago and I was expecting it after 6 weeks but it's only been 4 weeks.

I'm from Bristol and travel here by coach. I am given 4 to 6 weeks notice of my appointment. I have an x-ray before seeing my consultant. I attend every 6 months for my check ups. I am satisfied with the notice I get regarding my appointments.

I was referred on from the GP and waited 2 months for the appointment. I received two reminders of the appointment. I even got another message yesterday. The pain clinic has been good and helpful so far.

I had my CT scan here. The staff were very helpful and caring.
