I came for day operation and when I arrived I was greated with a smile all the staff have been brilliant and I would like to say thank you!

I feel understood and my needs have been taken into account, Given lots of information, questions were given in a timely manner. Some more handouts of services would be perfect.

I felt I was able to open up about my experiences and talk through them. I have had a difficult time with my pain and injury but I feel better in having a greater understanding about what is going on.

I felt like I was able to share my concerns and opinions. I was treated well and everything was explained clearly. Appointments were always made to suit me. The service from staff was excellent.
