Majority of staff were very compassionate, professional and always willing to go the extra mile - considering there was staff shortages. A Doctor with two others and a nurse walked in while I was undressed in bed - having a wash. They stayed around the door rather then walk out and come back later.

My experience today was the very best - courtious staff and first class treatment. Treated like I was family. Always excellent service - the formula is just perfect.

My scheduled apps with Mr Tracey have always been great, the only issue I have had was my post op treatment during my stay in hospital - it was poor.

My son was very anxious about his MRI but the two radiographers were very kind and put his mind at rest.
