Lack of information sharing about operation

I Asked multiple times why I had not gone to theatre, I was frst on the list and I went down at 1pm, no one came back and told me why, when I got to theatre, they told me my surgery had been put back because the equipment to do my surgery hadnt arrived. If only i had been told, would have put my mind at rest.
