Great to be able to speak about myself to an excellent team of professionals about back pain. It's extremely vaulable to have this multi-discipilinary team of experts to advise me and the group. I also felt it helpful to do this in a group because you can learn and get ideas from other people. Water cups after exercise would have been helpful.
