Service has been super, always really informative ensuring I understand what has happened/what my options are.

All the services are great, I can't complain. I had a knee replacement at the hospital and I feel much better. I did not have any trouble with it.
The hospital is the best

I don't live in Birmingham and I have no complaints about the hospital. The staff have been great and the hospital is the best. My only problem is I have to travel an hour to come to the hospital and it's very expensive to come here.

This hospital has been very good, the waiting time is great. For example, my husband had his operation done and everything was done on time and it was very successful. So I am very pleased with the hospital.
The best hospital

The royal hospital is where I get my treatment. It's the best hospital and I wouldn't ask for any better. I had a hip transplant on both hips and it all went well.

Absolutely fine when you can get an appointment. Sometimes I feel like the service is stretched because of Covid, but that's not their fault.
Doctors communicate well

It's been a good experience at the hospital and the doctors communicate well. Sometimes the waiting times are long, but I think that is normal.
Been coming here a long time

I've been coming to the hospital for a long time, every 6 months for the past 13 years. Sometimes I have had to wait a long time but the referral process was pretty straight forward.
