The staff I worked with or who supported me have been very good.

Used the hospital over the last 3 years, parking is nightmare. Cancelled and changed appointments whilst I got here meant to see same doctor and they didn’t tell me. Waiting times can be running an hour late. Interactions with my doctor are great, explained things well. Correspondence is so / so. Won’t be seen for months and then they give an appointment for next day. Sometimes you ring them and they don’t get back to me for weeks. Its been 4 months. They used to be very good and do scan, x-rays and consultation on same day. But now they do it on separate days which is not good for people who have to travel a long distance with family who take a time off to bring them for appointments.

Not a fun at car parking. Can’t find a space. Correspondence for appointments has been good.

Easy, you know what every thing is. Polite, kind and helpful doctors. Most of the time you don’t have to wait and appointments are on time.

They did an excellent job on my first knee replacement but there has been a huge delay for my other leg when the operation for summer 2019 was delayed and I'm still waiting.

Waited since October for results. None got back to me. Lump on the foot, swells up and getting bigger and no results.

Had my hip done 4 years ago and it was an amazing experience. I'm back here for my knee. I was so scared but I don't know why as it was the best experience. They put me at ease, I had no infections it was all so well planned even with my own doctors.

They're really efficient, really good. There's hardly any waiting time. The staff are always really helpful and pleasant. Correspondence is pretty quick. Never had any issues at all.

It's very good. The parking is the main problem but once here everything is fine. They're al very friendly and helpful. I have no problems with waiting times and they let you know on screen if they're going to be late and the waiting time.

In the past they'd do x-rays then you'd see the surgeon but the last time I went, I saw the surgeon then went for x-rays. I wasn't happy with that.
