My appointment was cancelled but they are rebooking it. I am happy with the service I receive from the physiotherapy department.
Waiting for operation

Been waiting for an MRI (leg) related to back. Osteopath first saw me in July at Northfield. Already seen specialist, just waiting for operation.
Only hospital to see me through covid

Alright, it's good, the only hospital that would see me throughout covid. They've been good.

Really really good, I had surgery 7 weeks ago, they've kept me informed on the patient portal. Staff have been exemplary.

Fine, I've used them in the past and it's been good. Had my hip operation last August. After 6 months I came back, was seen an hour after the appointment time and waited to be seen for only a few minutes.

I was at the hospital very early and they saw me earlier, it's been excellent. Have been coming here for 5 years and have had longer waits in the past. Parking is an issue, so I have to get a taxi. Even with my husbands blue badge, parking is limited.
