Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

Daughter's come in for physiotherapy today. Came here to the hospital and the receptionist said it's at the College green surgery. We went there which wasn't too far, for them to say it was actually at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. Appointment was at 11am and got back here at 11:15am and was seen.

Came in for an appointment in outpatients, everything was fine. Staff were all great, I was seen on time, not much more to say really.

It took 8 days for a referral for an appointment to here. There's been good communication. They rang me at 8am this morning as ultrasound this morning then would have to come back for an appointment at 2:30pm that same afternoon and told me to go see the consultant/doctor/specialist straight after. They could do with water machines at the hospital. The hospital is clearly signposted to.

Hospital is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and don’t have to wait too long. Good communication about appointments – both letters and text reminders. Good communication about medical issues.

Check in machines are not easy to use nor is reception signposted well. Bit hard for people to use them who are not techy.

Been good so far, referred quickly. Great staff, very informative. Happy with the service so far.

Came early for an appointment, had operation on my wrist. Alright hospital, good staff.

Fine absolutely fine. Usually lucky but have been waiting over an hour for consultant / clinic, but they have come out and explained to us.

In today – It was very good. Smashing, best thing I’ve had.

Took a long time to be referred, had a operation back in 2019. Went for an appointment before operation and they explained the whole procedure.
